In the future, we will strengthen our position by matching our evolving range of services and products with new innovations. We will leverage our role as a trusted brand and partner and deepen our strategic partnerships with our key customers. In 2020, we built a unified service partner chain and began comprehensive marketing to achieve an even stronger position in the Finnish market.

We are constantly developing our existing range of services and products and investing in new innovations, as well as boldly seizing the opportunities offered by digitalisation. New digital service models are drivers of the change of the future and have already created a myriad of new innovations and ideas. Capse has taken a role in the development of digital services. The Capse partners service partner business, which consists of companies specializing in service and maintenance, was integrated into Capse's business in 2020 and will continue to develop.

Ability to operate in exceptional conditions
The rapid and unforeseen changes in customer behavior caused by the corona pandemic changed the overall picture of demand and we had to quickly introduce new ways of working. Despite the exceptional circumstances, we were able to continue implementing the strategy at almost full capacity. Our customer-centric strategy proved vital as we carefully examined the changes and possible customer demand scenarios and began to implement them. The conditions created by the corona pandemic really demonstrated the crisis resilience and timeliness of our strategy and the excellent ability of our organization to respond to change.
